Catch Mew for Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green.

The only way to get Mew for Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green is with a gameshark (or any other cheating device). But the point is it can't be obtained in the game. Here are the codes to unlock mew. 

NOTE: Mew won't be tradable unless it is caught on Faraway Island which is not in any of these games. 

Another way might be to go to the promotional for Emerald then trade it to Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, Leaf Green but that would be much more difficult.
